Carnation Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients: 2
eggs,
slightly beaten
1 1/2
cups
canned pumpkin 1
cup
sugar 1/2
teaspoon
salt 1
teaspoon
cinnamon 1/4
teaspoon
ginger 1/4
teaspoon
cloves 1/4
teaspoon
nutmeg 1 2/3
cups
undiluted carnation evaporated milk 1
single (9") crust unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
Gradually add evaporated milk. Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 15 minutes; reduce to moderate heat (375 degrees) and continue baking about 40 minutes, or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Garnish if desired.
