Canned Peach Pie

Ingredients:
mrs. pat crowley 1
unbaked pie shell 1/4
t
freshly grated nutmeg 1
pt
home canned peaches 3/4
c
sugar 2
tb
cornstarch 1
pn
salt 1
twist
lemon 2
tb
margarine
Directions:
Drain syrup off peaches and mix well with sugar, cornstarch, and
nutmeg. Pour into pie shell, dot with margarine. Cover with pie crust
and slit top. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375~F
until nicely browned.
