Canker Sores or Bleeding Gums

    -----RINSE WELL WITH THIS-----
1/4  C  Water
1/4  C  Hydrogen peroxide
    -----FOLLOW UP WITH THIS-----
1/8  Tsp  Salt
1    Glass very warm water
    -----OR STRICTLY FOR CANKER SORES-----
    Hydrogen peroxide

Directions:
