Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

brown sugar,

granulated sugar 1/2
cup
butter 1
egg 1

vanilla 1
tbsp
milk 1
cup
all-purpose flour 1/2
tsp
soda 1/2
tsp
baking powder 1/2
tsp
salt 1
cup
quick cooking rolled oat 1
cup
butterscotch chips
Directions:
Cream together brown sugar, white sugar, butter. Add egg, vanilla, and
milk. Sift together and add to above all-purpose flour, soda, baking
powder, and salt. When beaten smooth add 1 cup quick cooking oats and 1
cup butterscotch chips. Drop 2 inch apart on well greased cookie sheet and
bake at 350F until light brown. Yield 3 dozen cookies.
