flour 1/4

nutmeg 1/2

butter,
melted

buttermilk 3
lg
eggs 1
lemon,
juice and zest

unbaked pie crust
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add melted butter and beat until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in the milk and lemon. Pour into uncooked
9" pie crust. Bake at 400F for 10 mins and then at 325F for 30 minutes.
