**Buttermilk Frosting** 1
C
Margarine 2/3
C
Buttermilk 2
Lb
Powdered Sugar 8
Tbsp
Cocoa 2
Tsp
Vanilla
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil: margarine, water and oil.
Pour margarine mixture over flour mixture. Add soda, eggs, and vanilla
Mix well. Pour into greased sheet cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
BUTTERMILK FROSTING:
Melt margarine with buttermilk. Add to powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Beat until smooth. Frosts one sheet cake.
