Directions:
Spray cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray. In a large bowl,
combine flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa, sugar and oats. Add Egg
Beaters, corn syrup and vanilla; stir until dry ingredients are
moistened as in making regular brownies. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto
prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 350F. for 10 minutes. Remove from
oven and let set 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. Per
sugar serving: 67 cal., 0.5g fat (6%), 0mg chol., .5g fiber, 2g pro.,
15g carb., 23mg sod. Per S&L serving: 57 cal., 12g carb. Butter
