Brandy Balls

Ingredients: 2 1/2
cups
vanilla wafer cookies (abt. 60),
finely
crushed 1
cup
confectioner's sugar,
sifted
2
tablespoons
cocoa powder 1/2
cup
walnuts,
finely chopped
1/4
cup
brandy, rum or bourbon 1/4
cup
light corn syrup
granulated sugar
Directions:
Combine cookie crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder, and nuts. Stir in brandy and
syrup. Add a little water (1 1/4 teaspoon) if necessary to form into
3/4" balls. Store in air tight container. Makes 48 balls.
