Bourbon Street Pie

Ingredients:

melted

bourbon 3/4

pecans,
chopped coarsely

heavy cream,
whipped

vanilla
cinnamon
Directions:
CRUST-Mix all, put in pan and bake at 325~ for 6 to 8 minutes. Chill
before filling.
FILLING-Beat white and beat yolk for 1 minute. Combine. Add sugar,
bourbon and pecans. Fold in cream and vanilla. Pour in shell. Sprinkle
