Directions:
Cream together butter, coconut, cocoa and sugar, then add eggs
gradually, beating well. Sieve the flour and salt and beat in
alternatelyalternatley with the milk and vanilla essence. Line the
bottom of a greased 7-inch cake tin, pour in the mixture and bake for
40-45 minutes in a moderate oven. To make icing, sift icing sugar and
combine with cocoa, melt the butter and add to the sugar with the
coffee and vanilla essences. Beat until the icing is smooth. spread
on to the cake when cold, and pull the top into peaks. Sprinkle with
