Ingredients:
for 9" pie: 4
c
fresh blueberries 1
c
sugar 3
tb
corn starch 1/4
t
salt 1/4
c
water 1
tb
butter
Directions:
Line pie shell with 2 or 3 cups berries. Make a sauce by cooking
remaining berries with sugar, cornstarch, salt and water over medium
heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter. Pour over
berries in shell. Cool. Serve chilled with whipped cream. Carolyn
