Ingredients:
1.00 c AM Blue Cornmeal
1.00 c AM Buckwheat Flour
0.75 ts Sea salt (optional)
1.50 tb Non-alum baking powder
2.00 c Milk or soymilk
1.50 ts Unrefined Vegetable Oil
0.50 c Blueberries
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately. Stir mixtures together
just until lumps disappear. Pour batter onto hot, oiled griddle,
turning once. Serve hot with your favorite sweetener.
