Ingredients:

fresh,
washed berries
1
c
sugar 2 1/2
tb
cornstarch 8
oz
cream cheese,
softened
Directions:
Cook 1 cup of the berries (mashed) with the sugar and cornstarch over
low heat until thickened. Set aside and cool completely. Spread the
inside of a cooked pie shell with the softened cream cheese. Add the
uncooked berries. Spread the cooked mixture over the fresh berries.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
