Best Pound Cake Butter Busters

Butter Buds,
or Promise fatfree margarine

Sugar,

Vanilla 3

Self-rising flour 1
cup
Skim milk 2
Egg whites
Directions:
Blend together with hand mixer, Butter Buds, sugar, Egg Beaters and
vanilla. Alternate adding a little flour, then a little milk. Keep
alternating until you have added all the flour and milk. Beat egg
whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into cake mixture. Bake at 325F.
for 45 minutes to an hour in a bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Note: I
prefer the Promise Ultra fatfree margarine in this recipe. This cake
is really good served with hot apple or cherry pie filling sponoed on
top and a dollop of Dream Whip. Per sugar serving: 269 cal., 0.3g
fat., 0mg chol., 0g fiber, 5g pro., 59g carb., 508mg sod. Butter
