Ingredients:
Pork or beef ribs
Salt
Pepper
Barbecue sauce
Directions:
Salt and pepper ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Drain off fat. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and continue to cook at 350 until they look caramelized, about 30 min. Turn ribs over and repeat.
Use a low-sugar BBQ sauce for low-carb ribs.
