Banana Spice Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 c Shortening

1 c Brown sugar

2 Eggs

1 c Mashed bananas (2)

2 c Flour

2 ts Baking powder

1/4 ts Soda

1/4 ts Salt

1/2 ts Cinnamon

1/4 ts Cloves

Directions:
Mix well shortening, sugar & eggs. Stir in bananas. Mix dry ingredients & stir in. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 375. Drop rounded Tbls. of dough 2" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
