avocado,
peeled, mashed

sour cream 1/4

milk 1/4

mayonnaise 1

garlic salt,
up to 1/4 tsp

hot pepper sauce,
if desired, up to 3 drops

lettuce,
shredded or torn, up to 6 cups

tomatoes,
cut into wedges

bacon,
crisply cooked, crumbled

croutons,

Directions: 1.
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; beat at low speed until smooth. Cover; refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.

At serving time, arrange salad ingredients on individual plates or toss in large salad bowl. Serve with dressing.
Leave out croutons for a low-carb dish.
