Cream Cheese -- at room

Vanilla 1 1/2

Sugar 5
Whole Eggs 2

Flour, All-Purpose --
Sifted 1/2
ts
Baking Powder 1/2
ts
Salt
Directions:
Beat butter, cheese, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture in
thirds, beating until smooth after each addition.
Turn into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Bake at
325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.
