Aunt Eunice's Fresh Fruit Pie

Ingredients: 3
tbsp.
flour 1
cup
sugar 1
cup
fruit,
apple, peach, or blueberry
1
double pie crust,
unbaked
butter
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together, place 1 cup fruit in unbaked pie shell,
sprinkle with flour and sugar mixture. Dot with butter and cover top with
crust. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add spices to apples if
you like. Aunt Eunice often made several at a time and froze them. I
have been huckleberry picking with her in the morning and had fresh pie
for supper many times.
