-Juice of 1 lemon. 7

-apples,pared,cored and
-thinly sliced. 3

Butter or margarine.
-Kitchenaid pie pastry for
-double crust 9-inch pie.
Directions:
INSTRUCTIONS:Combine sugar,flour,cinnamon,nutmeg,lemon juice and salt;mix
with apples.
Divide pastry in half. Roll to 1/8 inch thickness and line a 9-inchpie
plate. Fill with apple mixture and dot with butter. Roll out remaining crust
and place on pie. Cut slits for steam to escape and seal edges. Sprinkle with
sugar lightly.
Bake at 400^F for 50 minutes. YIELD:One 9-inch pie.
