Ingredients: 2
egg yolks 1
cup
sugar 2
tablespoons
butter 2
cups
apples,
peeled and sliced
1
teaspoon
vanilla 1
pie crust (9 inch)
Directions:
In top of double boiler, combine egg yolks and sugar. Add butter, apples
and vanilla; stir to mix. Place over boiling water in double boiler,
stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350
