Apple Crisp #2

Ingredients:
4  cups  apples, cored and sliced
1/4  cup  sugar, up to 1/2 cup
  dash  cinnamon
1  cp  oats
1  cp  flour
1  cp  brown sugar
1/2  tsp  baking powder

Directions:
Cook first three till apples are partially done. Combine the rest. place half of this mixture in a casserole dish, cover with apple mixture, and place other half of oat mix on top. Bake at 350 covered for about 15 minutes, and remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes or so, until top lightly browns. Usually the apples bubble up and cause the topping to stick together.
