Apple juice, frozen concentrate 2

peeled and sliced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Mix flour, baking
powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Add Egg Beaters, apple juice
concentrate, brown rice syrup, vanilla and oil. Mix thoroughly. Add
raisins, apples and Grape Nuts. Drop onto sheet by tablespoons. Bake
until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Store extra, (if there are
any), in the refrigerator.
