Ingredients: 2 1/2

Milk 10

Flour 3 3/4

Sugar 4

Egg yolks 2
c
Cream - heavy 4
ts
Vanilla
Directions:
Scald milk, stirring constantly. Mix flour, egg yolks, sugar and pint
of milk to gelatine. Pour into hot milk. Boil until it thickens. When
cold add cream, flavoring and last egg whites. Freeze.
Note: Ingredients did not call for gelatine. Assume 1 oz unflavored
gelatine.
