American Cheese Pie

all-purpose flour 1

egg (a generous 1/2 c) 4
oz
cheddar cheese,
grated
1/3
c
milk 1
t
vanilla 1
unbaked 9" pie shell
Directions:
Cream together the butter, sugar and teaspoonful of flour. Add the
eggs, beating well, then the cheese, milk and vanilla. Pour into an
unbaked pie shell and bake in a preheated oven at 350~ for 40 to 50
minutes or until the custard is set. Recipe can be doubled. Source:
