Nutmeg 1/2

Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1/3
c
Milk 2
ea
Egg 3
c
Coarsely chopped apples 1
c
Raisins 1
c
Coarsely chopped walnuts 1
c
Heavy whipping cream whipped
Directions:
Grease and flour two 9-inch layer cake pans. In large bowl combine
flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Add
mayonnaise, milk and eggs, Beat at low speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl
frequently. Batter will be thick. With spoon, stir in apples, raisins
and nuts. Spoon into pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40- 45 minutes
or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans
10 minutes. Remove; cool on racks. Fill and frost with whipped cream.
