4th of July Pie

Vanilla pudding mix 2
cups
Milk 8
ounces
Cream cheese,
softened
1/2
teaspoon
Vanilla 1
Graham cracker crumb pie crust,
8-inch

Strawberries,
hulled

Blueberries
Whipped cream
Directions:
Combine pudding mix and 2 cups milk in saucepan. Bring to full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Let mixture cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour pudding mixture into pie crust. Refrugerate 3 hour or overnight. Place strawberries in circle on outer edge of pie. Place one in center. Place blueberries over remaining pudding. Serve chilled, with whipped cream on top.
