Ingredients: 2
Egg whites,
stiffly beaten
1
cup
sugar 2
cups
corn flakes 1
cup
pecans 1
teaspoon
vanilla
Directions:
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly incorporated into egg whites.
Stir in vanilla.
Fold in corn flakes and chopped nuts.
Drop in small mounds on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees until lightly browned.
When golden, remove cookie sheet from oven and let cookies cool before removing.
