Oatmealcranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:
1  c  Butter or margarine
1  c  Brown sugar, packed
2    Eggs
2  c  Rolled oats
2  c  Flour
1/2  ts  Salt
1  t  Baking soda
1 1/2  c  Cranberries, sweetened,
    . dried
1  c  White chocolate chunks or
    . chips

Directions:
Using an electric mixer, beat butter or margarine and sugar together in medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well. Combine oats, flour, salt and baking soda in separate mixing bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chunks. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 30 cookies. Per cookie: 169 calories, 9g fat, 21g carbohydrates, 14mg cholesterol, 156mg sodium.
