Quick mix* or Bisquick 1
cup
Sugar 1
Egg 3
tablespoons
Butter,
soft

cups
Mincemeat 1/2
cup
Powdered sugar 1
teaspoon
Orange peel,
grated
1
tablespoon
Orange juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a pan 13x9x2 and butter and pat half of mixture into pan. Spread with mincemeat. Crumble remaining dough over top.
(Alternately, pat remaining dough to same size as pan on wax paper, place paper-side-up over mincemeat, and remove paper. Bake 30 minutes. While cooling slightly, mix powdered sugar, orange peel, and orange juice, and drizzle over top. Cut in 1-1/2
