Ingredients: 1
cup
unsalted butter 1
cup
sugar 1
egg 1 1/2
teaspoons
lemon flavoring 1 1/2
cups
flour
Directions:
1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg
and flavoring and beat mixture well. Stir in flour and mix until well
blended.
2.
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Be sure to leave 2 inches
apart. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool and then
remove to tray.
