Tablespoons
Fresh Lemon Juice,
or more
2/3
Cup
Sugar 8
Oz.
Cream Cheese,
softened & cubed
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Freeze.
Makes a pint.
Personally, I'd be doubling this recipe.
