Four Minute Brownie Pie

Ingredients:
2    eggs
1  c  sugar
1/2  c  butter or margarine, softene
1/2  c  flour
3  tb  cocoa, or 4 tb
1  t  vanilla extract
    ds salt
1/2  c  walnuts, chopped
    whipped cream or
    ice cream

Directions:
Recipe by: Jo Merrill This recipe was first printed in 1965. Its a moist and fudgy brownie in the shape of a pie. Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in small mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into a greased 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees 30 minutes, or until done. Pie will settle like a meringue when cooled.
