Chocolate Zucchini Squares

Margarine 1/2

Oil 1 3/4

Vanilla 1/2
c
Sour cream 2 1/2
c
Flour 4

Cocoa 1 1/2

Baking soda 1/2
ts
Cinnamon 1/2
ts
Salt 2
c
Grated zucchini
Directions:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar well. Add 2 eggs, vanilla and sour
cream, beat well. Mix in dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in
zucchini and blend. Pour into greased and lightly floured 13x9 inch
pan. Top with 1/2 c chocolate chips and 1/2 c chopped nuts. Bake at
350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
