Ingredients: 1/2

butter 1
cup
sugar 1
egg 1
cup
applesauce 2 1/2
cups
flour 2
tablespoons
cocoa 1
teaspoon
baking powder 1/2
teaspoon
baking soda 1/2
teaspoon
salt 1
teaspoon
cinnamon 1
cup
raisins & (or) 1 c. nuts
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and applesauce. Sift together dry
ingredients, then add to creamed mixture. Add raisins and (or) nuts.
Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees.
