Directions:
until it turns to powder then add to flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon
baking powder 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 bag (24-oz) chocolate chips 1
plain hershey bar (8-oz) finely grated 3 cup chopped nuts any kind
Cream together butter, and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together
flour, powdered oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda and
combine with creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate
bar and nuts. Make golf ball sized cookies and place 2 inches apart
on ungreased cookies sheet. BAke at 400 degrees for 6 minutes in
convection oven - longer in regular oven at 375 degrees for 10-15
minutes. Baking time varies with the recipes from 6-10 minutes at 375
degrees to 10-13 minutes at 325-350 degrees.
