Ingredients: 1
cup
cornflake crumbs 1/3
cup
butter or margarine,
melted
8
ounces
cream cheese,
softened
1
can
sweetened condensed milk 1/2
cup
lemon juice 1
teaspoon
vanilla 1
can
cherry pie filling,
chilled
Directions:
Mix cornflake crumbs and butter thoroughly. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form crust. Chill. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until firm. DO NOT FREEZE. Top with chilled cherry pie filling before serving.
