All purpose flour 1 1/2

Sugar 1 1/2
teaspoons
Soda
Pinch of salt 2
Eggs 1
large
Can crushed pineapple
Icing 1
cup
Sugar 1
cup
Pecans 1
Stick of margarine 1
cup
Coconut 1
small
Can of Pet milk
Directions:
Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Icing:
Combine sugar, margarine and Pet milk. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake. Randy Rigg
