unbaked pie shell 1/2
cup
butter 2
cups
sugar 3
tablespoons
flour,
rounded
3
eggs,
beaten
1
cup
buttermilk 1
teaspoon
vanilla 1
dash
nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
Have butter soft; add sugar; cream together well.
Add flour and eggs; beat well.
Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Place on wire rack to cool completely before servings.
