Brown sugar 3/4

Granulated sugar 2
Eggs, well beaten 1

Baking soda 1
t
Hot water 2 1/4
c
Flour 1/2
ts
Salt 1
c
Nuts, chopped 1
oz
Semi-sweet chocolate 1
t
Vanilla
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Dissolve soda in hot water, add to
sugar. Add flour and salt mixed. Add nuts and chocolate cut to pieces
the size of a pea. Drop from teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350
F.
