Ingredients: 1
crumb pie shell 1
pkg
large marshmallows,
(10 oz)
1/2
c
milk 1
c
whipping cream,
whipped
1/4
c
green creme de menthe 2
tb
white creme de cocoa
chocolate curls for garnish
Directions:
Prepare Crumb Pie shell and cool. In 3 qt. casserole, place
marshmallows and milk. Cover. Microwave at HIGH 2-4 minutes, until
mixture can be stirred smooth. Chill in refrigerator about 30-40
minutes, until thickened. Fold in whipped cream, creme de menthe and
creme de cocoa. Pour into crust and decorated with additional whipped
cream and chocolate curls. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. May
be served frozen, if desired.
