Ingredients: 2
Cups
Vanilla wafers,
finely crushed
1/4
Cup
Bourbon 12
Ounces
Semi-sweet chocolate chips 2/3
Cup
Sweetened condensed milk
Sweet milk cocoa
Finely chopped walnuts
Directions:
Combine crushed wafers and bourbon; mix until crumbs are moistened.
Melt chocolate. Add condensed milk and stir just to blend. Slowly stir
chocolate mixture into crumb mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in
milk chocolate or walnuts. Let stand until cool. Makes about 5 1/2
dozen.
