Ingredients: 1 1/3

vanilla wafer crumbs 1/3

melted butter 1

mashed banana 16

cream cheese 2

sour cream 1

sugar 1
tablespoon
cornstarch 3

lemon juice 1 1/2
teaspoons
vanilla 3
eggs 1/2
teaspoon
salt
Directions: 1.
Crust: Mix thoroughly. Spread onto bottom of nine-inch spring-form pan. Cook for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Filling: Mix thoroughly, add to previously cooked crust. Bake in a 350-degree oven for one hour. After the hour shut off the oven and leave in for another hour. To keep cake moist bake with a pan of water. Top with whipped cream.
